After a healthy breakfast at the hotel, you will be heading out for the city tour. Your first destination of the day will be the Hawa Mahal. The Mahal, also known as the “Palace of the Winds’ consists of a total number of 953 jharokhas. Well, now we know where it gets its name from. In addition to that, the façade of the mahal replicates a honeycomb of the beehive. After being awe-struck by the beauty of the Hawa Mahal, you will head towards Jantar Mantar. It is one of the largest observatories of India and that makes Jantar Mantar a must-visit place for tourists from all over the world. A fun fact is that, before the actual construction of the observatory took place, it was replicated in wood, for utmost perfection during the final construction. Next up on your list for the day is the Amber Fort. The speciality of this fort is that it is located uphill and if you aren’t a fan of hiking then the elephants will come to your rescue. Now, apart from its distinguished architecture, within the complex, the elephant ride to the fort is definitely a must. To end your day, you will be escorted to your hotel and a night stay.
